Order Process


{ Consultation }

The process begins with an initial free consultation in person, through email or on the phone. Here we discuss the following:

·         Date of your event

·         Number of invitation sets or other stationery you would like

·         Color palette of your event

·         Design styles you like

·         Budget

If you already see a design in the store that you like, please feel free to order a sample. Along with the sample we mail out cardstock swatches in your events color palette. Please indicate your event color palette at time of purchase.

{ Quote }

Based on the information obtained from the consultation we will put together a quote. We may add some alternates to add or deduct from the design.

{ Deposit }

A 50% deposit is required to secure your spot on the production schedule. The schedule does fill up fast so it is recommended to contact us within one week of receiving the quote.

{ Order Materials }

Once the 50% deposit is received we place the order for all the materials. Simultaneously, we will send you an electronic questionnaire form gathering all the information of your event to begin working on the electronic proofs.

{ Electronic Proof }

Based on the information provided in the questionnaire, we will produce one digital proof for your final approval via email. Up to 3 revisions are included in the price. Please note: Any further revisions will be subject to additional charges.

{ Actual Proof }

Once the approval has been made on the electronic proof an actual sample/proof is put together and mailed to your house for you to review in person.

{ Production }

Once we have your approval on the sample/proof then all of your invitations go into production. Please allow 3 - 6 weeks from approval date for your order to be completed. Rush order service is available for an additional charge.

{ Final Payment }

Once your invitations are complete, we will contact you for the final shipping address. We do require an address where someone will be available to sign for the package upon delivery. This way the package does not sit outside to get ruined if it happens to be raining or snowing. Once the delivery address is obtained we send over a PayPal Invoice for the final balance due. Once payment is made the package is shipped.

{ Delivery Confirmation }

As soon as the tracking number is obtained we email it to you so we can both track the package while it is in transit. You receive your beautiful stationery products for your special event! :)
