Shipping & Return Policy
Shipping
All physical orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.
We currently ship via the United States Postal Service (USPS) from our studio located approximately 40 minutes south of the Twin Cities.
Please note that transit times are provided by the carrier and may vary depending on destination and seasonal demand. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier.
If your package appears lost or is marked as delivered but not received, please contact USPS directly with your tracking number for assistance.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.
Returns & Refunds
Physical Products
All physical items are made to order. Because of the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges.
Please review your order carefully, including your shipping address, before submitting your purchase.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@janeeselitedesigns.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will review your request and work toward a resolution.
Digital Products
Due to the nature of digital downloads, all digital product sales are final and non-refundable.

Shipping Disclaimer
We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by USPS. Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, it is the responsibility of USPS to ensure delivery.
