Shipping

All physical orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with a tracking number when your order has shipped. 

Shipping Service

Currently, all of our orders ship via United States Postal Service (USPS) from our studio located about 40 minutes south of the Twin Cities.  

Please note that we are not responsible for any delays in transit times. Transit times are provided by the carrier, and may vary by destination, especially during peak seasons.  

If when tracking your package it seems LOST: please contact USPS with your tracking number and they will assist you regarding your lost package.

If your package says DELIVERED, but you did not receive it: please contact your local post office with your tracking number and they will assist you from there.

Please note: We do not refund due to USPS error.

International Shipping

We do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

Refunds & Returns

We will ship your item to the address listed on your order. Please double check your address before submitting your order. If the package is sent to the wrong address we will not be responsible and unfortunately cannot issue a refund.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@janeeselitedesigns.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
